The Coach shall maintain the confidentiality of clients and shall not disclose any information obtained through coaching to third parties, except as required by law or where there is a risk of harm to self or others.
2. Professionalism
The Coach shall conduct themselves in a professional manner, avoiding any conduct that may bring their profession into disrepute.
3. Competence
The Coach shall provide coaching services only within the scope of their competence and shall continuously strive to improve their knowledge and skills.
4. Responsibility
The Coach shall be responsible for their own actions and decisions and shall not make any false or misleading statements or claims about their qualifications, experience, or abilities.
5. Informed Consent
The Coach shall obtain informed consent from their clients before providing coaching services and shall inform their clients of any potential risks and benefits associated with coaching.
