The Gem In You

I consistently witness hidden 'gems' within the individuals I meet and work with.

To be honest, I'm always amazed at how obvious they are to me and seemingly non-existent to them. Once these gems are recognized, there's no turning back, and individuals become completely transformed—empowered, fulfilled, and so much happier.

Visualize your gem as a magical essence within you, containing the instructions and core values necessary for a fulfilled life. It's the unique brilliance we're all born with, untouched by the world. I call it a 'gem,' while some refer to it as core values. To me, this uniqueness is indeed a gem—an unparalleled guide to living the most fulfilling life. When we follow its wisdom and prioritize what truly matters, we can all live extraordinary lives.

Similar to gems found in nature, the gems within us are unique too. Prioritizing what truly matters to us and aligning our lives with the wisdom of our gem unlocks the potential to live an extraordinary life.

It's about embracing the beauty of our individuality, living in harmony with our core values, and allowing our 'gem' to illuminate the path to a life resonating with authenticity, purpose, and fulfillment.

Unfortunately, as we navigate through our lives in the world, we accumulate so many external values that we slowly end up burying our gems and forgetting who we really are. Of course, we do this unknowingly. The fact of the matter is that we end up losing touch with our authenticity and true wisdom, and start living lives very similar to those around us—lives that don't fulfill us. This happens because we end up living lives crammed with things that aren't truly important to us.

The purpose of the wisdom of our gem is to guide us in life so that we can fully express who we were born to be. Essentially, the gem in you philosophy is all about reconnecting to the gem we have been neglecting for so long.

Luckily, however deep our gem has been buried, it is never too late to uncover it and start living life by its guidance.

It Guides You

Your gem is more than a metaphor; it's your guiding light in facing challenges, making decisions, and taking action.

My life's mission is to help those who may have lost touch with their gems. Witnessing people transforming their lives as they reconnect to the brilliance of their gem, excites me immensely.

All the coaching tools and methodologies I use in my coaching practice are anchored in the gems of the people I work with. In other words, if you decide to be coached by me, your gem will be the centre of the work we do together.

Whether you doubt its presence or find it elusive, I commit to assisting you in uncovering your gem.The moment you start believing in it, you will witness its brilliance at work in your life. I promise!

Uncovering My Buried Brilliance

I thought it may be appropriate for me to share a bit about how I uncovered my buried gem.

I've always been softhearted and eager to be of service to everyone around me. Helping and caring for others made me feel like a 'good girl,' but this came at a high cost. I learned to prioritize everyone else before myself, leading to feelings of weakness, anger, and confusion.

The Aha Moment

It took a while, but I figured it out! I realized I was created to use my light to help others find theirs. The problem wasn't in my actions at all; it was in the primary intentions that drove my actions. Back then, I was fixated on doing the right thing to impress others in my family and community because I had learned that doing this was more important than genuinely doing the things that mattered to me.

Discovering the Wisdom

My gem holds the wisdom of helping and supporting others around me; it had always been there to guide me! The only problem was that I had accumulated unhealthy beliefs hindering me from using the power of my gem in a healthy way.

My limiting beliefs

I am a 'good girl' only if I help and support others
Nobody loves me unless I help them
I feel so silly, the only thing I can do really well is care for people
What I want isn’t important

My empowered beliefs

It doesn’t matter what others think, I love to help and support others
I don’t help or support to gain recognition from anybody. This is what I love to do and I really don’t care what anybody thinks
Caring for people is my superpower, and I love it!
The most important thing is what makes me happy, healthy and fulfilled

Even though gems may be covered under layers of dirt, they are waiting to be discovered, and polished into their brilliance. Just like mine was!
